Where is your project, SummerGreen Estate?

Our project is in Kimunyu Market, which is along Kenyatta Road:

If you are driving: You will get off Exit 14 of Thika SuperHighway which is just 26 minutes/25km from Nairobi CBD. Once you branch off, you will now be on Kenyatta Road. Drive for the next 10 minutes/7km and you will get to Kimunyu Town. You will then see a Belasi sign post along the road, and the site is 200m thereafter.

When using public means: When you are coming from Nairobi CBD, you will board any PSV that plies Thika SuperHighway and goes past Ruiri Town. You will then alight at Kenyatta Road. Board another matatu that heads to Gatundu Town. Alight at Kimunyu Town – you will then see a Belasi sign post along the road, and the site is 200m thereafter.

Our site is always open for viewing, depending on your schedule. You can either call the office to have an accompanied visit, or you can plan and go by yourself.

How many houses are there?

Our estates are small and intimate gated communities, each with only 10 – 25 units. We want to offer a serene and peaceful environment for the home owners, and make them comfortable enough around each other.

For the maisonettes, they will be in a gated estate with only 7 units.

What are some of the features of the houses?

For the bungalows, some are:

  • En-suite master bedroom
  • Self-contained detached servant’s quarter (DSQ)
  • a large sunken lounge with a dining area
  • spacious kitchen with a separate pantry and a kitchen yard at the back
  • Large corner windows for natural lighting
  • Cabro parking for 2 cars

For the maisonettes they are:

  • Sunken lounge with spillover verandah and chimney, with 8 capacity dining area
  • Master en-suite with balcony and in-built wardrobes
  • 3 other bedrooms en-suite and in-built wardrobes
  • Study/Family room with bay windows
  • Self contained SQ connected to mainhouse through kitchen yard
  • Ample parking for 3 cars

An added advantage of partnering with us in this journey of home ownership is that the interior is completely customizable! This means that you can tailor-make the interior of the house to suit all your needs and achieve.

What is the payment plan?

We have 2 payment plans for our SummerGreen Estate:


  • Cash price for each unit is Ksh. 4.35M
  • If you opt for an installment plan, the price is Ksh. 4.5M. You make a deposit of Ksh. 1.5M then you clear the balance in a flexible period of 6-8 months.


  • Cash price for each is Ksh. 7.25M
  • For the installment plan, the price is Ksh. 7.5M. A deposit of Ksh. 2.5M is made to secure a unit and the balance payable in a period of 9 months.

Where are your offices located?

If you are driving: Our offices are in Parklands, along Parklands Road. Immediately after Mayfair Suites and right opposite Impala Hotel, you will get to a cabro road. Drive through until the end of it – the last black gate on your left, Gate 25. We are on 3rd floor, Room 6.

When using public means: Board a matatu number 119 at Koja Stage, and alight at Impala Hotel. Right opposite you will see a cabro road. Walk right until the end of it – the last black gate on your left, Gate 25. We are on 3rd floor, Room 6.
